A Second (or Third) Christmas

My parents and sister arrived late Friday night. The older two got to stay awake to welcome their grandparents and aunt. They were SO excited. Then once they were off to bed, the presents were unloaded from the truck and placed around the tree. The children awoke to find a second Christmas (or third if you count the days Mark’s dad came up in early December).  They, like any other child, enjoy unwrapping gifts. Kyrie took her time, and Karston blazed through his- especially if it was clothes. We had a lot of fun watching them open and enjoy their new toys.

We had a great visit. They will be missed. They left very early this morning and are now back in the great state of Texas.
